Caprese Salad with Peaches

This peach Caprese salad was produced with the fresh ingredients I receive regularly from my local food share during the summer.


4 ounces fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese

2 cups torn lettuce leaves

1 peach, peeled and cut into wedges

1 heirloom tomato, peeled and cut into wedges

1/2 cup basil leaves, loosely packed

2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)

balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp

a quarter teaspoon of flaky sea salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper, finely ground
