Fried chicken recipe


How to prepare delicious and successful fried chicken, in simple steps



Ingredients for 4 persons :


1 Chicken cut into 8 pieces


2 eggs


150g Flour


20cl Milk


0.5 tbsp. 1/2 tsp Garlic powder


Frying oil


Salt


Pepper


Calories = High


Preparation steps: 


Beat the eggs with a fork with the milk. Pour the flour into a plastic bag. Add the garlic, 1/2 tsp. ground pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.


Roll the chicken pieces in the eggs, enclose them in the bag, shake in all directions to coat the chicken well in the flour.


Heat 2 cm of oil in a large sauté pan. Fry the chicken pieces for 20 minutes over medium heat, turning them halfway through cooking. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with sweet corn.
