Lemon Cake


I had some beautiful organic lemons in the fridge and the desire for a quick and tasty cake. I made a lemon-yogurt cake by following


the following recipe:

Note that the unit of measurement is the POT.

.Mix a cup of Greek yogurt with 2 cups of sugar. Add 1/2 jar of sunflower oil, 3 jars of flour and 1 sachet of baking powder and the juice and zest of a lemon

green. Add 2 eggs and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
